Zone Diet - Simple Stir Fry - 3 blocks


It's not much rice, but it's enough to make you feel like you're satisfying your asian food cravings. 


90g beef or chicken, cut into strips (3P)

3 cups broccoli, cut into small florets (1C

65g rice, pre-cooked (2C)

6 cashews (3F)

Stir fry meat and broccoli with some salt and pepper, once 80% cooked, add rice and nuts and stir fry for about a minute. Splash with a little soy and some chilli if you like a little spice.
